SUMMER TREATS AND TUBS

Date:               Wednesday 9th July 2014

Time:               10.30 am to 3.30pm

Venue:             Ramsbottom Civic Hall, Market Place, Ramsbottom, Gtr Manchester, BL0 9AJ

Fee:                 £17 including coffee on arrival and a 2 course buffet lunch.

With the County Show in mind, come and join the Arts and Crafts Committee for a day of Cookery and Gardening Demonstrations and a delicious buffet lunch.

In the morning you will be shown how to make a fruit curd, fudge, a no bake slice and the decorating of a coffee cake, accompanied by tips on preserving fruits and vegetables into delicious jams and chutneys, to enter into the show of course.  The rules from "On with the Show" will be emphasised to help you gain top marks. Tastings will be available!

A cold buffet lunch of savoury and sweet dishes will be served.
