Join us for a delicious lunch before seeing a fascinating Power point presentation by our Speaker          Susan Rumfitt, a leading specialist in the history of jewellery and a member of the BBC Antiques Roadshow team.   Following a fabulous career with Christies and Phillips, Susan set up her own gallery in Harrogate where she holds lectures and study days.   Her lecture on this day will underline the link between fashion and jewellery design in the C20th.    We will hear about the fabulous jewels belonging to leading ladies such as Elizabeth Taylor, the Duchess of Windsor, Coco Chanel and more recently Barbara Taylor Bradford and  will gasp at the prices they fetch at auction.  If you require further information please contact your WI Secretary.
