David Rudd is an interesting speaker with a wealth of knowledge about Enid Blyton. He will tell us more  about the life of Enid, her family and the many many books she wrote.

Lancashire Breast Cancer Screener

Janet will outine to us the latest information about Breast Screening. More older women are being diagnosed with Breast Cancer and this is an important topic not to be missed.
10th AprilShow Tips IdeasThis will give our members  the chance to look at examples of items to make for our County Show in September.
8th MayResolution MeetingAt this meeting we will vote on the resolution we want debated at our Anual Meeting in Bournemouth in June.

Melanie will show us how stage make up can change a character from a beautiful heroin to a scary monster.

Herbs for Healthy Living

Barbara is a member of the Hebalist Society which is a registered charity.  She will share her knowledge about the health benefits of different herbs and spices that we use in our kitchens.

Samantha will show us how we can make the most of our accessories.
9th OctoberEdgworth Annual meetingThis month members can vote for the officers of our WI. Members can vote for any changes they want to implement about how our WI is run. New people can join our committee and get involved in the running of their WI.This is also a social evening with supper provided and a chance to chat to our WI friends.

Carole worked as a midwife in Salford for many years. She will put humour into the not so funny experience of childbirth.
11th DecemberCHristmas PartyDecember is our party month. This is a social evening when we have supper and  are entertained. It is a fun way to end our WI year.
